Wealthwise Technology
When an Advisor joins Wealthwise® they will be required to be 'set up' within the Wealthwise® system. This includes the set up of;
- The Wealthwise® sub domain web page
- The Advisor log in access
- Branded Fact Find & Recommendation Reports
- Future documents – Loan applications
- Future CRM integration
The Wealthwise® sub domain web page
Every client will need to go online to fill out the Fact Find and although this is Wealthwise® it will follow the look and feel of the Advisor's Company Brand.
For example – a client will be given a link similar to www.weathwise/testadvisor.co.nz, This will be branded with the Advisor company and provide Advisor communication details, such as phone and email contact numbers.
Advisor Log In Access
Every Advisor will be provided with their own username and password that will allow them to access the Advisor section of the Wealthwise® website.
This will provide access to their client list, their clients Fact Find information, Analysis, Reports, and Advisor Guides.
Branded Report
Each Advisor will generate Reports for their clients. The Report will be branded with the Advisors logo and include the contact details of the Advisor.
It will be made very clear that the advice within the Report has been provided by that Advisor.
Other Documents
Any data housed in the Fact Find or Analysis can be created into a document. The next document/Report to be created is the transfer of information to a Loan Application.
CRM Integration
Through technology, the Wealthwise system is able through the opening of our API integrate with any CRM system.
This would require middleware software and field mapping and would be at the cost of any Advisor or Advisor Group.
